Lower back pains

Hi, I'm 18 and my weight is nearly 250 lbs. Few days ago my lower back starts to hurt I'm good only while I'm sleeping and two-three hours after that. My gains were slow, only today I've started to overeat like before. What's causes of pains and how can I avoid it?

Lower back pains

Sleeping on your sides or awkwardly can cause it. Carrying most of your weight up front can cause it too.
Other than Rx, steroid shots...
back strengthening exercises while using the wall can help.
Avoid being sedentary for hours at a time if it can be avoided.
